Refund & Returns Policy

Out Of F*cks Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) make every shirt to order, just for you. That means we don’t do buyer’s remorse, wrong-size swaps, or “I changed my mind” returns. Here’s exactly how it works:

All Sales Are Final

Since all of our products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.


If We Messed Up, We’ll Make It Right

If your order shows up with any of the following issues:

  • Wrong item

  • Misprint

  • Damaged in transit

  • Major printing defect

…then contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund — no drama.

What we need:

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of the problem

Damaged During Shipping?

We get it — shipping carriers can be rough. If your item arrives crushed, bent, or soaked, send us photos and we’ll get a replacement out ASAP.


What We Don’t Cover

We don’t refund or replace orders due to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Slight color differences from digital mockups

  • Late deliveries caused by carriers (we wish we could control that, but we can’t)


Wrong Address?

If you enter the wrong shipping address and the order is returned or lost, we can resend it — but you’ll need to cover the reshipment cost.


How Long Do Replacements Take?

Once approved, we’ll get your replacement into production within 2–3 business days. Standard Printify fulfillment + shipping times still apply.
