Let’s skip the fluff. You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers — or at least short, sarcastic explanations.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Nope.
All of our products are made to order, just for you. That means no refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your item arrives defective, misprinted, or destroyed in shipping.

How long will it take to get my order?
It’s not Amazon Prime.
Production usually takes 2–7 business days, and shipping varies by location — typically another 3–7 days in the U.S.
Once it ships, we’ll send you a tracking number. Then it’s in the hands of the delivery gods.
How do I pick the right size?
Check the size guide listed on every product page. We use unisex Comfort Colors and other well-known brands. If you’re between sizes, size up. Or don’t — we’re not your mom.
What if my shirt arrives damaged or misprinted?
Take a breath. Then take a photo.
Email us at support@outoffcksco.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund if we screwed something up.
Can I customize a shirt or request a different color?
Not right now. We keep it simple to keep things moving. No personalization, no weird one-offs. If enough people ask for a color, we might add it.
Can I send one as a gift?
Sure. Just enter their shipping info at checkout. We don’t include pricing in the package — just the emotional value of your poor gift decisions.
Do you ship internationally?
In most cases, yes. But international shipping takes longer and may come with duties or taxes. That’s between you and your customs office.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, and sometimes your soul. We process payments securely through our store’s checkout providers.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If we haven’t sent it to production yet, maybe. Email us immediately at support@outoffcksco.com and we’ll see what’s possible. No promises.
How should I wash my shirt?
Inside out. Cold wash. Tumble dry low. Don’t bleach it. Don’t iron the design. Don’t use it to wash your car. Common sense applies.
Will I get an order confirmation and tracking info?
Yes. You’ll get an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another when it ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or that sketchy inbox you never check.
